AI CONTENT & SERVICE POLICY

By booking our AI content services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

AI Image Accuracy

AI-generated images are not always 100% accurate. While some results may appear highly realistic, variations can occur. Minor inconsistencies are an inherent part of AI-generated content.

Refund Policy

We do NOT offer refunds.

Refunds will ONLY be issued if we are unable to deliver the service curated to your specific needs.

In all other cases, store credit only may be issued at our discretion.

All sales are final.

Please review this policy carefully before booking.

Drafts & Revisions

Once initial drafts are delivered, you have 2 business days to request revisions.

If no confirmation or revision request is received within this timeframe, the drafts will be considered approved and delivered as final.

Revision Limitations

Revisions are limited to adjustments within the original creative direction.

Major changes, concept changes, or new creative requests after drafts are delivered will require an additional fee.

AI Limitations & Expectations

Exact replication of real people, reference images, or copyrighted material is not guaranteed.

AI-generated content may vary in facial features, textures, colors, proportions, and fine details.

Perfection or exact duplication is not guaranteed.

Usage Responsibility

Clients are responsible for how AI content is used after delivery.

We are not responsible for platform rejections, ad disapprovals, copyright issues, or third-party claims once content is delivered.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary due to AI processing, revision rounds, or client response times. Delays caused by late client communication do not qualify for refunds or credits.

Chargebacks & Legal Action

By booking, you agree not to file chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals for services rendered.

Any unauthorized chargeback or dispute will be considered a breach of this agreement and may result in legal action, including but not limited to collection efforts, recovery of funds, administrative fees, and legal costs.

Acceptance of Terms

Booking and/or submitting payment confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed above.
