By purchasing a digital product or booking a service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Digital Products Only

All products sold on this website are DIGITAL PRODUCTS.

No physical items will be shipped.

All purchases are delivered electronically via email to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email is entered correctly.

Instant Delivery (Vendors & Digital Products)

Digital products, including vendor lists, are delivered immediately or shortly after purchase via email.

Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see your delivery.


Vendor List Disclaimer

Vendor lists are provided for informational and business use only.

We do not guarantee vendor performance, pricing, approval, availability, or business success.

Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.


Service Booking – Refund Policy

When booking a service, payment is non-refundable once the service has been delivered, in whole or in part.

Refunds will ONLY be issued if we are unable to deliver the service curated to your needs.

In all other cases, store credit only may be issued at our discretion.

All sales are final.


Digital Product Refund Policy

We do NOT offer refunds on digital products.

Refunds will ONLY be issued if we are unable to deliver the purchased product.

Once delivered, all digital product sales are final.


Drafts, Approvals & Revisions (Services)

After drafts are sent, you have 2 business days to request revisions.

If no confirmation or revision request is received within this timeframe, the drafts will be considered approved and final.


Revision Limitations

Revisions are limited to the original creative direction.

Major changes, new concepts, or additional requests will require an additional fee.


Usage & Access Responsibility

Clients are responsible for downloading, saving, and securing all delivered files.

We are not responsible for lost files, deleted emails, or access issues after delivery.


Intellectual Property

All digital products and service deliverables are for personal or business use only.

Reselling, redistributing, sharing, or duplicating our materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Chargebacks & Legal Action

By purchasing or booking, you agree not to file chargebacks or payment disputes.

Any chargeback will be considered a breach of this agreement and may result in legal action, including recovery of funds, administrative fees, and legal costs.

Technical Issues

We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect email addresses, internet service disruptions, or third-party platforms.

Completing a purchase or booking a service confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed above.
